Cancellation Policy

WaveFX has made every effort to word these terms and conditions in plain English, if you do not understand any part of these terms, please call us for clarification. Any booking whether confirmed verbally, electronically or in writing will be subject ton WaveFX’s cancellation policy.
WaveFX agreements are cancellable in whole or in part up to 120 days prior to the scheduled event date for a fee of 10% of the contract value. Notification of cancellation in whole or in part, must be sent in writing.
Cancellation within 90 but prior to 30 days of an event date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee and in addition be subject to any and all production costs incurred at the time of receipt of the request to cancel.
Cancellation within 5 working days of event date will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 2 working days of event date will incur full quoted costs and 100%
Cancellation fee.
